Regional Clinical Manager – Respiratory Therapy (Direct Hire)
Location:
Kent, WA (Pacific Northwest Region – WA & OR)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with occasional on‑call coordination)
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 base + 10% bonus
Travel:
Regional travel across 20+ branch locations
We are partnering with a leader in home‑based respiratory and sleep therapy solutions, to identify a Regional Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations across the Pacific Northwest.
This is an opportunity to step into a high‑impact leadership role, supporting a distributed team of Respiratory Therapists and Sleep Equipment Technicians while driving clinical quality, operational consistency, and patient outcomes.

- Reporting to the Division Vice President
- Hands‑on leadership presence
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional clinical teams
- Ensure adherence to clinical, regulatory, and company standards
- Monitor quality metrics and implement performance improvement plans
- Standardize patient setup, follow‑up care, and clinical documentation
- Provide coaching, training, and competency assessments
- Drive engagement, accountability, and team performance
- Lead clinical meetings and ongoing education initiatives
- Partner with clinical and sales teams on provider in‑services
- Oversee inventory, equipment handling, and compliance at branch locations
- Support discharge‑driven workflows requiring urgent equipment coordination
- Ensure timely, high‑quality patient setups in the home
- Support education for patients and families on device usage
- Collaborate with referral sources to optimize care transitions
- Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams (required)
- Experience supervising Respiratory Therapists and/or DME teams
- RRT or CRTT credential with current state licensure
- Minimum 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- Strong operational and people leadership capabilities
- Background in home medical equipment (HME/DME)
