Your role with us

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of the Watch Service Atelier in Lucerne, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
• Manage and optimize processes, resources, and workflows to achieve defined KPI targets
• Ensure and continuously develop quality standards and quality control processes
• Lead, coach, and develop the workshop team, both professionally and personally
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and continuously learning team culture
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and international service centers to implement global standards and best practices

What you bring to the role

• Completed apprenticeship as a Watchmaker (EFZ), specializing in after-sales service (Rhabillage) or industrial watchmaking
• Several years of professional experience in watch servicing, ideally complemented by leadership experience
• Additional training in leadership, management, or business administration is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with a structured and analytical approach to work
• High quality orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience collaborating with diverse teams and cultures
• Hands-on mentality, resilience, and a team-oriented personality focused on sustainable results and continuous improvement
• Fluent German and English language skills; knowledge of French is an asset
