PSI Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services to oversee daily operations for a credentialing client-facing team. The role is fully remote in the US, with standard Monday–Friday hours and occasional after-hours support for critical issues.
You will lead onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and relationship management while driving process improvements and ensuring SLAs are met. A minimum of seven years in client services and three years in management is required.
