You will recruit, onboard, coach, and manage BDC members, monitor CRM pipelines, and coordinate with Sales leadership to optimize conversions and customer experience.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive BDC or inside sales, strong empathy, and experience with virtual demos via Zoom or Teams.
