NSN Revenue Resources is seeking a Client Operations Manager to lead a team of 6-12 remote staff and optimize revenue cycle results for assigned central billing office clients, notably surgery centers, while ensuring client and employee satisfaction.
You will drive KPI performance, oversee A/R trends, implement process improvements, manage cross functional collaboration, and provide proactive reporting to clients to maximize collections and reimbursement.
