Coinbase is seeking a Senior Manager, Clearing Operations to own end-to-end post-trade clearing for Coinbase Derivatives Exchange (CDE). You will interface with clearinghouses, FCMs, and regulators to scale operations to industry-leading standards.
You will lead a high-performing team, establish KPIs and controls, support regulatory filings and audits, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure readiness for new product launches, including prediction markets.
