We are seeking a Head of Community Management to build and lead a strategy that fosters authentic, lasting relationships between our brand and its online communities. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on community engagement to drive brand loyalty, advocacy, and growth.

• Develop and own the community management strategy across all digital platforms and owned communities.
• Set guidelines, tone‑of‑voice standards, and escalation protocols for community interactions.
• Lead a team of community managers, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Identify and nurture brand advocates, ambassadors, and influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and marketing teams to surface community insights.
• Track community health metrics including engagement rates, sentiment, and growth trends.

• 4+ years of experience in community management or social media strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale engaged online communities from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, or Slack.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing community teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of online community dynamics.
