Park Avenue Partners is seeking a Regional Asset Manager to oversee a portion of our manufactured housing portfolio. This is a remote role based in the United States, with travel about one third of the time, and a KPI‑driven compensation structure focused on financial performance and operations.
You will manage on‑site Community Managers, hire your own team as we grow, and help meet or exceed budgets and collections. The position offers $75,000 base plus a $30,000 bonus, for a $105,000 OTE.
