Provide people leadership including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance reviews; manage staffing and scheduling.;
Lead the store experience for pet parents and associates, ensuring safety, service quality, and policy compliance.;
Drive business performance by managing P&L, expenses, inventory, and store metrics; communicate results and improvement plans to leadership.;
Oversee payroll, labor management, and budgeting; coordinate with home office for store-related tasks and resources.;
Ensure execution of policies and procedures and support store opening/closing procedures; lead and develop a high-performing team.
