- - Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating staff; manage staffing and scheduling;
Oversee the pet parent experience and ensure safe, healthy pets in our care; respond to pet parent concerns;
Monitor store operations and implement process improvements; ensure adherence to policies and code of ethics;
Manage store P&L related responsibilities including labor, expenses, reporting, and partnership with home office
