- - Responsibilities:
Provide people leadership including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management; manage staffing and scheduling; develop associates and supervise performance feedback.;
Lead the in-store experience and ensure safe, positive pet-parent and associate experiences; uphold store standards and policies; oversee store operations and community events.;
Manage store budgeting, P&L drivers, labor and supplies, and reporting; utilize home office resources for store work orders and purchasing.;
Oversee payroll processing, scheduling, and budget adherence; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; monitor safety and risk; engage with adoption partners.;
Communicate business results and improvement plans to leadership; drive initiatives to grow sales and improve shrink and inventory control.
