In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee Kicksaw’s HLS delivery practice, ensuring quality and operational excellence across client portfolios. You will engage directly with executive stakeholders, ensuring successful client outcomes and driving the growth of the Healthcare practice. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and industry insight are essential for navigating complex delivery models and achieving desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and scale HLS delivery practice effectively
• Drive delivery excellence for Salesforce engagements
• Build operational rigor in staffing and resource planning
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders
• Shape and execute AI strategy for the practice
Requirements:
• 10+ years in consulting or enterprise technology
• 5+ years in Salesforce delivery leadership
• Proven success in complex Salesforce programs
• Strong HLS industry experience
• Accountability for a $5M+ professional services portfolio
Lead the transformation in HLS with exceptional delivery and client relationship management.
