Newsela is seeking a Director, Scaled Customer Success to lead the strategy and performance of SMB and Schools segments. You will manage frontline managers, design a scalable coverage model, and drive adoption, retention, and renewal readiness while maximizing account health.
You'll own revenue and retention targets, build data-driven processes, partner cross-functionally, and coach teams to grow ARR through whitespace and upsell, all while aligning with Newsela's mission and customer goals.
