- $85K-$130K

Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded and growing $360M Structural Steel/Misc. Metal Fabricator & Erector with locations in the
Northeast, Mid Atlantic and Southeast on the search for a Project Manager with Structural Steel/Misc. Metal Fabrication & Erection experience managing projects between $15M-$30M.
As a Project Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural steel/misc. metal fabrication and erection for construction projects. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet all specifications.
- Manage and oversee structural steel/misc. metal fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy in all project phases.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the fabrication and installation phases.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the project team to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in structural steel/misc. metal fabrication/erection or a related field.
- TEKLA EPM
, Bluebeam and MS Office Product software experience is a MUST. - Experience managing $15M-$30M projects in scope.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel/misc. metal fabrication processes, materials, and building codes.
- Proven track record of managing complex fabrication projects within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and construction management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
