Uptown Rutland Executive Director Role

In this pivotal Executive Director role, you will serve as the key voice for URBA and its extensive membership. You will work directly with a dedicated team while focusing on enhancing the vibrancy of the Rutland business community. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will advocate for member interests and drive initiatives that support economic prosperity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and advocate for URBA’s 220+ member businesses

• Lead and manage a team of four focused on business development

• Facilitate community engagement and partnerships for growth

• Oversee funding strategies, events, and service contracts

• Attend regular in-person meetings in the Rutland area

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in progressive leadership roles

• Strong background in strategic planning and community engagement

• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Understanding of and connection to the Rutland community

• Availability for early morning or evening engagements
