Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | On-Site Department: Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBS) Division Reports to: Division Director

Pay Range: $ - $ / annually

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $114,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley/Bay Area. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate for candidates hired within the Bay Area region. Candidates hired in other California locations may have different starting salaries based on cost of living and market data variations.

Position Summary

As the Associate Division Director for IHBS, you will partner closely with the Division Director to provide leadership, direction, and operational support to programs throughout the division.

You will help programs achieve their operational, budgetary, and practice objectives while supporting divisional initiatives, program quality, staff development, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This role requires someone who can see both the big picture and the details, a leader who can move comfortably between strategic planning, program operations, leadership consultation, quality improvement, training, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Core Division Director to support programs in achieving operational, budgetary, and practice objectives.
  • Help translate divisional strategic priorities into meaningful action across programs.
  • Provide consultation and support to local leadership teams regarding agency, county, state, contractual, licensing, and accreditation standards.
  • Support local management teams in identifying performance challenges and developing strategies for improvement.
  • Serve as the division lead when the Core Division Director is unavailable.
  • Champion Quality & Best Practices
  • Oversee divisional best-practice reviews and support programs in maintaining established practice standards.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement and help programs implement meaningful solutions.
  • Partner with Quality Management to develop procedures, resources, and training based on review findings and recommendations.
  • Review and approve incident reports and support appropriate follow-up when concerns arise.
  • Assist with oversight of Joint Commission, contractual, and licensing standards.
