The Toro Company is seeking a Demand Manager, IBP for the Residential & Landscape Contractor (RLC) unit. You will lead the RLC demand consensus and ITP processes, aligning cross‑functional teams to forecast accuracy, promotional plans, and market trends across a 24–36 month horizon.
You will manage cross‑functional risk, provide scenario planning, and mentor analysts, while leveraging SAP IBP with a focus on continuous improvement and data integrity in a hybrid work environment in Bloomington.
