As part of the Commercial Lending and Leasing Operations senior leadership team, this position is responsible for leading the International Trade Product Delivery (ITPD) organization. This senior leader will oversee the delivery, service, and operational support of international trade products, including letters of credit, trade finance solutions, and related commercial banking products.

The role is accountable for providing strategic direction, operational leadership, risk management oversight, and continuous improvement across a complex organization supporting C&IB clients. The leader will partner closely with all C&IB lines of business, Risk, Technology, Product, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining a strong control environment and driving operational excellence. International Trade Product Delivery plays a critical role in supporting trade transactions, letter of credit issuance and servicing, and adherence to trade compliance requirements.
