This position is key player in creating, coordinating, and delivering actionable and effective space planning improvements that ensure the efficient use of government facilities. As a Space Management Project Manager you will perform the following duties:
- Project Coordination:
Manage multiple, concurrent workspace utilization projects for a variety of high-visibility agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders - Customer Communication:
Work with technical staff, suppliers, and agencies to gather information and translate needs into plans and deliverables; present information to decision-making executives - Space Planning:
Coordinate and support floor plan design, schematics and space analysis, and lease specification development to ensure results are efficient, functional, and cost-effective - Staff Oversight:
Provide technical guidance to staff using design software and similar tools; train agency liaisons and internal staff on space management systems and procedures - Data Tracking:
Use enterprise data platforms to monitor project status and ensure the accuracy of project details, space inventories, and reports - Standards Compliance:
Ensure workspace plans follow accessibility requirements, safety codes, and space utilization standards

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Candidate must be able to travel to Harrisburg and other locations around the state to conduct site visits and attend in person meeting as required to perform job duties and meet operational needs.
- Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Administrative Officer 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
