Summary:
We are looking for a skilled
Project Manager.
This project manager willbe responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed ina timely fashion and within budget.
Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budget,monitor progress, and keep communication open between clients and home office
Responsibilities:
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Predict resources needed to reachobjectivesand manage resources effectively and efficiently.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Utilize industry best practices,technique sand standards throughout entire project execution.
Adhere to all site and company rules, regulations, PPErequirements.
Track project costsin order tomeetbudget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis tohomeoffice about strategy,adjustment sand progress.
Manage contracts with various vendors and suppliers.
Monitor progress andmake adjustments as needed.
Measure project performance toidentifyareas for improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of project management with related experience in construction.
Strongfamiliaritywith project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (egP6, MS Office, etc.)
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Musthave reliable transportation andbe able to travel extensively and work variable hours.
Able to pass background screens and drug/alcohol testing as required by our customers.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work 10+ hours per day, up to 7 days/week
Ability to work in both hot andcold conditions
Ability to work in confined spacesif needed
Ability tobend, kneel, climb,and work at heights
Ability tolift/carry up to 50poundsandliftupto
20 pounds overhead
