North Star, a division of Harris, seeks a Director of Product to lead the Product organization within R&D. Reporting to the VP of R&D, you will guide a team of five across Product Managers, Product Owners, and SMEs, spanning the CIS7 platform, customer portal, and related products.
You will establish a mature product operating model, align intake, discovery, prioritization, and roadmaps, and measure outcomes. Travel approximately 20% with EST timezone preference, remote in Canada/US.
