Mitigation Project Manager

Service Master Restore - Crofton is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager for our growing fire and water restoration operation. We're looking for someone who can build trust with customers, inspect losses professionally, and help move projects from initial visit into production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, customer communication, and helping grow a strong local restoration team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners and property managers
• Inspect water, fire, and storm damage losses
• Explain the restoration process and scope of work
• Secure restoration projects and coordinate production
• Schedule crews and maintain project communication
• Oversee documentation and customer experience throughout the job

Requirements:
