The Integration Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes. The Integration Manager develops project frameworks, manages risks, tracks milestones, and drives organizational alignment to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional work streams to support successful business transitions - Transformation Program Management:
Oversee large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and operational objectives - Resource Coordination:
Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure appropriate allocation of support and capabilities - Project Execution & Monitoring:
