Procore is seeking a Director, M&A Integration to own the execution of the integration program, partnering with Corporate Development during diligence and driving plans to execution. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Go‑To‑Market, Finance, People, Legal, and IT to align work streams and surface Day 1 risks.
This role reports to the VP of Corporate Strategy and can be based in our Austin office or remotely, with regular travel to Austin.
