United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an SEC Manager on the Accounting team to own external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, reporting to the Director of SEC Reporting, and working remotely from the Americas.
You will drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross‑functional inputs with Legal, FP&A, and Investor Relations, lead the earnings release process, and improve disclosure quality and compliance under US GAAP and SOX.
