Top Dog Law is seeking a Director of Intake Operations to build and lead a multi-function intake organization across Intake, In-House Signing, White Glove, and Reception/Client Success. This is a build-and-lead role focused on execution, accountability, and scalable processes.
You will translate strategy into operating plans, own critical KPIs, and develop leaders to drive demand conversion while preserving client experience as the firm scales nationally from a remote base.
