Senior Manager – Enterprise Architecture (all genders)

For the expansion and strategic development of our Enterprise Architecture practice in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced leader who will establish Enterprise Architecture as a key discipline, advise clients at C-level, and help drive sustainable business growth.

• Strategic consulting for clients as well as the development of enterprise and target architectures aligned with their business and IT strategy
• Responsibility for the expansion of our Enterprise Architecture consulting portfolio and the positioning of Detecon in the Swiss market
• Acquisition of new projects as well as the development of existing client relationships at management and C-level
• Responsibility for complex transformation programs and project portfolios with regard to quality, client satisfaction, and commercial success
• Leadership, coaching, and development of consulting teams as well as active contribution to the business and growth strategy

• Master's degree in a STEM discipline or in Business Administration/Economics
• Strong knowledge of common architecture frameworks and methods (e.g., TOGAF, Archi Mate) as well as modern technology and cloud platforms
• Extensive experience in management or technology consulting with a focus on Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, and digital transformation
• Proven success in client development, project acquisition, and leading complex transformation projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong executive presence, and business fluent German and English (minimum C1)
