Automotive glass technology is helping transform how we experience the road. At Belron Canada, the home office of Speedy Glass, Lebeau vitres d'auto and Vanfax we take this seriously, which is why we invest tirelessly on developing our people so they can realize their full potential. We welcome applications from everyone, and are firmly committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, and take pride in ensuring every member of our team feels empowered.

Shape the future of a national distribution network. At Belron Canada, we are continually transforming how we serve customers across the country. We are looking for an accomplished operations leader who can set a bold vision, accelerate transformation and elevate the performance of a complex national distribution network. Reporting to the Vice‑President, Supply Chain and Distribution, you will shape the evolution of 25 warehouses and two distribution centres across Canada.

You will turn strategy into measurable results, strengthen operational capabilities and build the foundations that support sustainable growth. This is more than an operational leadership role. It is an opportunity to influence enterprise priorities, mobilize teams nationwide and leave a lasting mark on Belron Canada's supply chain and distribution network.

The impact you will make
  • Set and execute a national operational vision that raises performance across our warehouse and distribution centre network.
  • Transform and standardize processes to improve service, capacity, safety, quality and cost efficiency at scale.
  • Turn operational and financial data into clear priorities, faster decisions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key partners across Retail, Supply Chain and the Global Group, working with senior leaders to identify and implement national optimization strategies and effective operational solutions.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to operational teams, strengthening financial discipline, inventory controls and consistent business practices.
  • Build, inspire and develop a high‑performing leadership team that embraces accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead major transformation, budgeting, planning and investment initiatives, directing resources toward the opportunities that create the greatest value.
  • Optimize delivery‑route safety and efficiency, centralized customer service, and warehouse management system connectivity.
What you will bring
  • A university degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, operations management, business, commerce or another relevant discipline.
  • Approximately 15 years of progressive business experience, including approximately 10 years in supply chain, distribution or wholesale operations.
  • Experience in a national organization is a strong asset.
  • A proven record of leading complex or geographically dispersed operations and converting strategic priorities into practical, measurable execution.
  • Strong people leadership and talent management capabilities, with the ability to engage teams, lead change and create a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • In‑depth knowledge of distribution, transportation, logistics and warehouse management systems, combined with sound analytical judgment and the ability to use operational and financial information to guide decisions.
  • Experience with WMS such as Infios or Oracle is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global organizational environment, adopting and adapting best practices established by the Global Group to meet Belron Canada’s operational needs.
  • Full professional fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required due to the national scope of the mandate, along with strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Where do I work

This position is offered in a hybrid work model, with an expected presence at the Montreal, QC office at least three (3) days per week. Occasional business travel may be required.
