Location: Aarburg
Franke Kaffeemaschinen AG in der Schweiz sucht einen CX-Solution Project Manager, der die Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung von Customer Service Software entlang End-to-End-Prozessen verantwortet.
Sie koordinieren Stakeholder, setzen Roadmaps um und führen Projekte gemäß PM-Standards, inklusive Ressourcen, Budget, Risiken und Meilensteinen.
Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Partnern und der IT der Franke Group zusammen;
Homeoffice bis 40% wird angeboten, flexibles Arbeitsumfeld.
