Role Description
The Senior Account Director is a part-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees key client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading account planning, coordinating projects, managing timelines and budgets, and identifying opportunities for new and expanded services. The Senior Account Director will guide and mentor team members, collaborate with sales and operations, and ensure alignment between client needs and organizational objectives.
The role also involves preparing client reports, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to strategic decisions that support the company’s development and market positioning.
- Strong account management skills, with experience owning key client relationships and driving client success.
- Proven team management and team leadership abilities, including mentoring, performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated sales experience, with a track record of identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and supporting revenue growth.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Extensive experience in senior client-facing roles, ideally within legal, professional services, or consulting environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort operating in a developing, fast-evolving organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
