Minga in Kelowna, BC, is seeking a Director, Account Management to own post-sale strategy, retention, and customer health for the AM organization. You will lead two AM Managers and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to expand and protect the customer base.
This role requires 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS customer success with proven renewal ownership, strong executive communication, and experience scaling an account management function in a fast-growing EdTech environment.
