Stratus is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead the CS team, own post-go-live relationships, and drive retention, expansion, and long-term value realization. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering on handoffs and escalations, and with Sales on expansion.
You will build a scalable CS function that increases net revenue retention, maintains GRR, and strengthens trust with MEP contractors, delivering a repeatable, data-driven workflow from handoff through renewal.
