TKH Security is seeking a People Manager for its R&D department to lead a team of 15 software developers and an additional R&D Manager. You will champion SSDLC, mentor engineers, and coordinate with product managers to execute the roadmap with emphasis on quality, security, and on-time delivery.
You will help develop talent, remove bottlenecks, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams from the Zoetermeer campus, with options for partial remote work.
