Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Director, Market Leadership to manage the TRICARE contract across a multi-state geography and report to a Regional Vice President. The role covers strategic, operational, and tactical activities with Humana Military, DHA, DHNs, and MTFs.
You will lead strategy for DHN/MTF optimization, supervise service delivery, and work to sustain a high-quality integrated system within the Military Health System. Occasional travel and a 40-hour work week are expected.
