UA Online Program Manager

The University of Alabama is hiring an Online Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of online academic degree and certificate programs. The role involves acting as a liaison between the academic college and University of Alabama Online, driving online program innovation, managing program development processes, and providing oversight to a team involved in marketing, recruiting, course development, and student support.

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of online academic programs and serve as liaison between academic college and University of Alabama Online.
• Lead program development processes and drive innovation in online education offerings.
• Provide functional oversight to teams handling marketing, recruiting, course development, and student success.
• Analyze and report program performance data including applications, admissions, enrollments, and marketing effectiveness.
• Audit financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Required qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree with six years or Master's degree with four years of education program development and administration experience.
• Skills needed include leadership, project management, communication, customer service, and proficiency in office software (word processing, spreadsheets, database management).
• Preferred background includes experience working in a professional office environment.
• Compensation range: $56,600 to $73,600 annually (Salaried E9 pay grade).
