Drive sales effectiveness as the Director of Sales Enablement at TRAXX Coach lines in Burnaby, BC. This role provides an opportunity for hybrid or remote work focused on enhancing operational strategies.

You will be responsible for crafting support structures for commercial teams, streamlining workflows, and improving service quality. Reporting to the VP, Commercial, your focus will be on measurable outcomes and high standards. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the commercial support team for optimal booking and contracting

• Translate strategy into clear expectations and training plans

• Ensure consistent service delivery across all customer interactions

• Develop dashboards for tracking performance metrics

• Mentor teams and support knowledge transfer and growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related area

• Over 7 years of experience in sales or commercial operations

• Demonstrated experience leading teams and executing change

• Proficient in CRM systems and operational processes

• Strong communicator with sound problem-solving skills
