All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead service operations in the UK. Expect a mix of field activity, two days per week at Head Office, and the flexibility to work from home as required.
You will own the service desk, coach field engineers, and drive improvements across response times, maintenance scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Visa sponsorship is not available.
