ICF is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead and grow the FEMA Region 4 portfolio. This role reports to the Senior Director of Public Assistance & Recovery and drives project management standards and growth across the region.
The ideal candidate will have multi-client portfolio management experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of FEMA PA programs. The role requires travel up to 50% within Region 4 (Southeast US).
