Ensemble Health Partners is building a Product Program Management function led by a Director who will guide 3–5 Product Program Managers across multiple pods. This role creates and enforces playbooks, governance, and a mature portfolio view to drive revenue-cycle product initiatives.
You will collaborate with Product Innovation, Product Operations, and Engineering to ensure programs move from decision to delivery with rigor, while shaping the operating model for a scalable PMO.
