Position: Project Manager (Remote)
Location: Northern

Remote Project Manager needed to ensure projects complete on time, within budget, and to customer specification. The role involves leading multiple projects simultaneously and partnering with internal consultants and external clients to drive project efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project team through analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation to meet scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and clients.
  • Present and own budgets for the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic’s project‑management tools, guidelines, and methodologies.
  • Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, and deliverables; engage in decisions that impact scope and communicate changes to the team and management.
  • Identify and track issues or obstacles; assess impact and execute timely resolution.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience.
  • 3+ years of HCM implementation experience.
  • Fully remote work capability and ability to travel up to 40% for client work.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Nice to have).
  • CAPM or PMP certification (Nice to have).
  • Experience working with UKG products (Nice to have).
Performance Metrics
  • Maintaining target utilization rate.
  • Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet requirements.
  • Identifying, tracking, and reporting risks and project health to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication, responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on deliverable quality, expectation management, and sound recommendations to clients.
  • Managing day‑to‑day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining a book of business.
