As Manager, Advisory Solutions Contracting, you will lead and scale contracting operations that enable the successful delivery of MGT’s Advisory Solutions. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable contracting processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Advisory Solutions Contracting function,establishing governance, controls, and scalable processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and align contractingstrategywith business goals.
• Develop contractingstrategiesbalancing growthobjectiveswith risk.

• Oversee full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
• Manage high-volume pipeline of agreements including 1099 and vendor contracts.
• Prioritize requests andmaintainservice-level timelines.

• Drive workflow optimization, automation, and process improvements.
• Enforce governance standards andapprovalworkflows.
• Own capacity planning and resource allocation.

• Mentor and develop team members.
• Support strategic initiatives and change management.

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in contract management or related fields.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex agreements.
