Anthropic is seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Lead for the User Well-Being team in a management role. You will oversee child safety, mental health, abuse and exploitation, and age assurance enforcement workflows, scaling both people and systems.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Policy, and Legal to close enforcement gaps as threats evolve. You will lead a team of policy reviewers, design scalable workflows, and maintain documentation and guidelines to ensure consistent decisions.
