Eaton’s North American Sales division seeks a Manager, Project Engineering to lead a team of Project Engineers supporting Field Project Managed orders in the Central Region. This role is remote with preference for proximity to an Eaton facility for collaboration.
You will guide workload distribution, develop direct reports, and act as escalation point for technical and commercial issues while leveraging Vista/SAP, Power BI, Bid Manager, PM Hub to optimize project orders.
