Senior Engagement Manager
Job Duties:
INSPYR SOLUTIONS, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to take on Global Operations and Delivery Management.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
• Guide the operational transition of strategic enterprise accounts toward highly efficient, AI-native project development models, minimizing operational waste and maximizing value delivery.
• Direct the execution of enterprise-level project portfolios with dedicated multi-million-dollar budgets, exercising discretionary authority over global team distribution and resource allocation.
• Drive organic business growth and account expansion by leading high-level contract negotiations, structuring complex engagements, and executing Statements of Work (SOWs) for Fortune 1000 clients.
• Direct cross-functional professional teams (including engineering, product, design, and QA managers) to ensure seamless global delivery.
• Lead executive-level engagements, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs),and strategic budget planning sessions to align technology initiatives with overarching corporate goals.
• Establish, track, and manage critical operational KPIs (such as resource utilization, project margins, and ROI).
• Synthesize complex performance data into actionable intelligence to advise internal
teams and client stakeholders on strategic decision-making.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex enterprise software integrations. Leverage a deep technical background to translate advanced engineering workflows into strategic business value during client discussions.
• Direct, mentor, and evaluate the performance of subordinate managers, software
architects, and senior IT professionals. Possess the authority to recommend key personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and team structuring, across global regions.
• Ensure seamless operational continuity, mitigate enterprise risks, and manage global team alignment during corporate transitions.
• Drive organizational agile/lean transformations and foster a corporate culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as the strategic liaison between U.S. clients and global delivery teams (spanning across LATAM and India), establishing core operational workflows and Scaled Agile Framework practices.
• Govern external vendor relationships and manage strategic dependencies across international corporate partners.
This position supervises 150 employees, including:
Engagement Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Managers/Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Developers, QA & Automation Engineers, &Dev Ops Engineers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field of study plus at least 5 years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a foreign degree equivalent.

• IT Governance Models & Enterprise Delivery Framework
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies
• Enterprise Risk Management & Operational Compliance
