• Deep understanding of fintech trends, regulatory compliance (e.g., POPIA, FICA), and security protocols.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing remote or distributed teams.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is required.
• A relevant Master's degree is highly advantageous.
