About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned Remote Dispatch and Logistics Manager to lead their dispatch operations, supporting their base in Richards Bay . This role is integral to ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of goods, managing a team of dispatchers and coordinating with drivers across various locations, all from a remote workspace. You will be responsible for optimizing dispatch processes, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, and managing communication flow between the operational teams and clients.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing complex logistics in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence through effective remote management.
- Oversee and manage daily dispatch operations for the fleet, ensuring efficiency and punctuality.
