• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Project Management , with at least 5 years in a lead role managing complex projects.
• Proven success in managing projects within a fully remote or distributed team setting.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and proficiency with project management software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills tailored for remote interactions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a requirement for this position.
