Operations Team Leader

About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic Operations Team Leader to guide and support their operational team in Paarl. This role is focused on ensuring the efficient execution of daily tasks, motivating team members, and contributing to the overall productivity and quality of the operations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to implement procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Supervise and guide a team of operational staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensure that operational processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and policies.
• Identify and report any operational issues or bottlenecks to management.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in Operations Management are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with operational procedures and safety standards.
