Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Manage and motivate remote project teams , fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading teams in a remote or distributed setting .
- Expertise in multiple project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with advanced project management software and collaboration tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
