Remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead and drive critical projects within their organization, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is instrumental in managing the planning, execution, and successful completion of diverse pharmaceutical projects, from drug development and clinical trials to process improvements and regulatory submissions. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear and effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs, maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure, with a strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment and managing distributed projects.
